Waking up to stunning ocean views has to be one of the best parts of any vacation but waking up at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina is on a whole ‘nother level. Suites vary at the hotel, but if you snag any of the oceanfront suites, you’ll have a close ocean view and a pretty expansive balcony. The Four Seasons Resort is located on Ko Olina, known for its amazing lagoons and beaches. Its beaches are considered one of the best in Oahu, and the lagoons protect them, so you’re not in danger of being eaten by a sea creature.

If you’re lucky to get an oceanfront suite at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, you’ll be treated to amazing views that cover Ko Olina and beyond. What’s cool about this setup is that you’ll see both pools at the resort and the entire shell-shaped beach! We don’t know about you, but we could sit there for hours, comparing the different blues of the ocean and pools. Imagine waking up in your oceanfront junior suite, with your bed facing your 86-square-foot balcony. You grab your hot coffee and head out to the balcony to enjoy the sunrise over the majestic blue ocean.

You look over the balcony and see both Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina pools. The furthermost is rectangle-shaped and way smaller than the other. Still, the blue water shines like a lightbulb against the other competing blues. The closer pool is circle-shaped and almost directly below your room and balcony. It’s massive and has lounging chairs surrounded by tan umbrellas.

Further out (not by much), you spot the bay. The manatee-shaped beach is protected by two giant rocks acting as an ocean filter. You can spot other hotels that might have the same view as you, but they’re too far apart to see anyone else’s balcony, which creates a sense of privacy sometimes lost at large-scale resorts like this one. What catches your eye is the different shades of blue you are seeing. The pools are a darker hue, while the bay is almost neon.

Moments like this are sometimes the best part of a vacation because it prepares you for what’s to come. It also gives you the energy your body needs and is a planning meeting for your busy (or relaxing) day. The panoramic ocean views in each oceanfront room are the real killer. The 5-star hotel has plenty of rooms, but you should book the oceanfront suites for the ultimate balcony experience. Tripadvisor states prices range from $1,000 to $2,000 per night, but that varies on season and occupancy.

While that price point might not be on some people’s budgets, the balconies alone are worth the investment. Daniel K. Inouye International Airport is about 25 minutes away, and once you’re in Ko Olina, you’re close to everything. Hawaii has many diverse attractions, and if you plan on traveling to the island sometime soon, you must check out this hotel. Waking up hearing the ocean alone is enough to book. Imagine how well you would be sleeping here. Oahu is the busiest island in Hawaii, and sometimes finding a quiet place can be tricky. That shouldn’t happen at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina. It’s not the smallest resort on the island but a favorite to many, including us.
